What I Do

Travel to private, assisted living, senior centers and independent living homes to provide level 2 basic foot care and assessment.  Hours 9-3:30, Tuesday and Wednesday availability.

Service Areas: Chisago, Anoka and Washington

GOAL: Promote self-management, Reduce unreasonable lifestyle accommodations and bridge the gap between the "Disease" and the client's way of life.

 Other services: Consultations, ABI Risk assessment, Blood pressure &  Monofilament sensory testing
